the broad band service provider is unable to maintain the agreed band width speed.

he is not responding properly to the various complaints and completely ignores the users repeated complaints.

what are the options open for the user with regard to the refund of the security deposit as well as the installation charges

the srvice provider keps sending bills for usage even after the user has served a registered letter to terminate the connection and has also stopped using the services of the ISP
