customer care executives are left to themselves

Congratulation to winner of “International GSM Billing and Best Customer Care Award”
I’m Krishna Sharma, holding pre paid Mobile Number 9891684343. Today morning at 6:57am I have called to customer care (4444) through my mobile to know about recharge of Rs. 251/- so that mobile to local mobile rates gose @ 99 paisa.
Finally I have pressed “9” to talk customer care executive. I am shocked he was saying “ abbey saale chain nahi key…. Saale time pass karne ke leya call kerta hi. Sone nahi dete saale.
I said,, kon bol raha hi… he said - RAJ (Fake Name) bol raha hu. Jo kerna hi ker le….and some dirty sentences, (I can’s write here) and disconnect the phone.
I have also tried to record the above discussion.
Then I immediately called up customer care again 7:01 AM I told the whole story to Mr.Pream
he said let me check up and kept me on hold for 4-5 minutes. then he told e they have no such record
No records my god! customer care executives are left to themselves to take care of the customers, no supervision.
I have requested to transfer the call to senior person, he is advised to call after 9.00.
I have tried to talk to senior officers of IDEA, but no one has transferred my call.
You are saying you have won “best customer care award” . ———- this the customer care of IDEA.
I would like to request you the kindly take legal action and update me what action you are taking against this guy within 7 working days from today.
Else I will expose this in media.
