Never take idea connection

My name is Sandeep G, Pune and cell number is ########## . Recently my account balance was reduced all of sudden. I was surprised but later on I came to know that my hellow tune is activatated from Idea side. I never requested for that stupid ringtone then WHO DID THAT???? I requested them to look into this on priority basis before the things go worst but still havnt got any reply. I also tried to contact to customer care on 4444 but daytime it doesnt get connected and in nighttime the IVR says your number is invalid.
Never take idea connection.
