Idea show

Hi,
I am siddharth i visited personelly to Idea show on 2/2/08 to activaet gprs and complete the formality and next day to my surprise rental was charged and gprs is not activated.
and i called idea customer care on 3/02/08 to lodge complaint but CUstomer care executive refuse for lodge my complaint and discontected my call by word “call next day”, “and till then you do your work”
idea care executive wont response timely.
