Hi,
I am Kalpesh Singhai, using Idea 399/- corporate postpaid commitment plan in Pune.Due to some reason at present I leaved Pune at 20/07/06 and not going to use that sim further.I called your customer care executive on 13/07/06 and told to deactivate permanently my sim before 20/07/06,and give me whole amount which I need to pay.On 18/07/06 I also send a sms for deactivation at 12345 and 4999.
I got 3 verification calls from Idea customer care that u confirm want to deactivate your sim at that time I told him that please process fast.
But still my sim is not deactivated.I got 2nd bill which should not come.
I request you to block my sim ASAP because I am getting problem due to that.
If my sim is not blocked immidiately I am going to take some strong action.
