There used to be a site where the KPIs of different operators, it was operated by the TRAI..but i dnt think it is there now!!
yes, I know its ur blog and so it carries ur views. Its just that it would have been better had it been impartial. Also, the letter from Priya allegdly their priya seems toooooo far fetched. Give that lady a break!!..I dnt now how it can be said that priya is their PR..if at all..she is fan of Virgin Mobile..anyway…
My friend use TATA Indicom..i have seen them complain abt their customer service wrt the time taken to settle their complaints..but never on the operators Network efficiency..which is a good thing in the present scenario coz most of the other operators dnt have gr8 parameters to showcase. This cld be partly bcz of the less no of sub the operator has, but at the same time CDMA is a better technology than GSM to get the maximum network performance
