i am using idea prepaid connection

i am using idea prepaid connection from past 2 months and i am totally unsatisfied. They told us that 1500 msg’s are free but still they charged. Now it is written that i have unregistered sim.i am really irritated with this and i want to draw your attention towards this. please do take care
