new sim card

I am Sajid unfortunately I lost my cell along with my number 9990362345 so I insisted to Idea CC to block the same and to deliver me new sim card for the same number,they committed me for delivery next day and given me the time. next day the field guy called up to me to be at address shortly but since the time , I am still waiting for that delevery against the request number 44412572.If call up Idea cc they don’t have any status.
