I am an Idea Corporate Connection holder.

Hi,
I am an Idea Corporate Connection holder. My Cell Number is 9881096497. I am working in TCS-Hadapsar, Pune.
My outgoing has been restricted because I have been asked to pay a bill worth Rs. 250, which I have already paid in cash to the IDEA cellular executive who came to our office. The person who came was named praveen. He came to out office in TCS-Hadapsar, Pune.
I have been told that his cell number is 9881128726. His supervisor cell number is 9881255519. The person in question has taken money from me and has not updated the IDEA database regarding the payment he received from me. Due to this my outgoing has been barred, as I am being asked to pay an amount which I have already paid. I have been suffering from this problem since a week without any resolution regarding the same. I dont have any receipt number because he was unable to give me a receipt of the same as the transaction between us took place in our office.
This is a very frustrating problem because my cell phone is of no use as my outgoing calls have been barred and is a very serious issue as I took up this connection because I expected to be a privileged customer. But, I have received the worst support I would have ever expected from IDEA or for that matter any other cellular company.
For the mistake of your executive I am being penalized. I have taken a serious view of the same and would terminate my connection if this issue is not resolved soon.
Please take action immediately regarding the issue, and intimate me about the developments that may have taken place regarding my complaint.
