I have BL-5C battery which has been identified and confirmed as defective and vulnerabIe to heat explosions as well.My name is Ankita Sharma,I have already send a request to change defective battery of my mobile on August 2007. but I have not received the till date kindly send my battery as early as possible .

I have been using IDEA sim for last five years.My sim is life time connection.The problem is on 20/11/07 i was working at my office and one number displayed on my mobile,i picked up the phone all of sudden i heared a command press 1 then Rs.50 deducted.This is not the first time.Two time before they done like this.They are not responding.Please solve my grevience as soon as possible.Two time i complained to customer care but all in the vein.

changing the phone number

hii….this move by the telecom department will be welcomed by all users.though m not sure as to how to service providers will react to it.this move will ensure that the service providers will try n give their best .the main reason why people are reluctant to change the service is because of the trouble taht comes with changing the phone number.Nothing now can stop the customers from switching to some other service.i hope the service providers are now all geared up to woo the consumers asn provide the best customer service.

There is one more thing which should be considered with deep thoughts that once the directory is in place it would be easier to track criminals and their accomplice. So i believe mobile users’ phone directory must be made mandatory though.

publishing mobile users’ directory

I believe that publishing mobile users’ directory should be mandatory in contrast with the mobile service providers’ claim that it would lead to mobile spamming. Such a claim is useless and even after having opted to be in the no call list i get hundreds of advertizing calls coming to my phone everyday. so I believe there could be two reasons why the MSP dont wanna make the directory one, it would prevent them illegally selling the mobile numbers two they would be forced to keep the no call list a true one.

organized crime rate growth in India

Also considering the organized crime rate growth in India and most of these criminals heavily rely upon the usage of mobile phones, the mobile directory will help a great deal in tracking them and their accomplices. So i dont see no reason why the mobile phone directory be a controversial one at least while considering the National security and the welfare of the common people.
