idea connections

i have taken 2 idea connections in a group entitling me for free calls between these 2 numbers but my bill shows that these calls are being charged.When i contacted the customer care i was told that it is my fault because my phone settings are not right.
What should i do except cursing IDEA people

Gyan Gurus!!!! Can ya pliz pliz Send Meh Settings how to activate my GPRS ?? i have tried customer care 4444 and Even send ya guys tons of SMS referring to the steps Being laid Out be the bot in activating the WAP.. But it `sayS services are out of order`.
So pliz pliz Send meh steps to activate my GPRS… in my my mail. i would Be most Oblidged if ya guys look in the Matter!!… thank U !…
