I have lost my nokia 3230 mobile handset

I have lost my nokia 3230 mobile handset on 27-july-2007. Nokia 3230 IMEI No:359362009438426.Please find a solution to block this mobile or to track this mobile. Its very urgent because i lost all my contacts and i dont know how to recover this numbers.
