I have idea connection

, But for a few days i have to change to vodafone. Hence i request u to please divert my calls to the given vodafone number.

customer loyalty scheme

Dear Idea,
I have been using your services since more than 4 years. And during that your services are mixed. After heavy uses i became your Silver customer. Around 1 year back you gave me 2-addon connections on my main connection without any extra cost/rental (under your customer loyalty scheme) and promised that call rates on new connections will be same as that of main connection. For accepting these new connections i ONLY agreed after you repeatedly confirmed me that rates will be same as that of main connection. You delivered me the connection and i didn’t use them for more than 6 months. When i started to use then you confirmed me that you don’t give itemized bill of addon connections, but i still continued to use it. Since last month you yourself started to give me itemized bill of my all three connections. Then i found that rates charged on new addon connections were simply double of that rate applicable to my main connection. I took the matter to your customer-care executive and also tried to contact you on . But, your executive was of no help and all mails returned from your server. Now, i have decided that i am not going to pay you even a single penny and had already given request to your executive for disconnection of all my three connections. But, c-care executive says that the connections will not be discontinued without clearance of bills. But, now in no way i am going to pay according to the double rates charged on my calls against what was actually promised. You give me bill of all my previous calls (of my addon connections) according to the charge which you promised me and i will pay you in full immediately, but with wrong call charges, i will not pay.

Mobile TV

Now that the recommendations of the TRAI are before the ministry and it is mulling over the technology neutrality clause, here is news from the industry.After the EU recommendation of adopting a single standard for mobile TV ( In this case DVB-H) the NAB through a study conducted has arrived at the conclusion that a single standard for mobile TV is not only beneficial for the Mobile TV growth, but is critical in its progress. The NAB study has shown that the broadcasters could underutilize the advertising and revenue potential of Mobile TV by more that $50 million a month and the consequent company valuations by $200 Million a month. The projected revenues from Mobile TV services have been set at $ 2 Billion per year for Mobile digital TV with broadcasters share being $1.1 Billion a year.
The Open Mobile Video Coalition (OMVC), an alliance of over 800 broadcasters has endorsed the recommendations of the study. It is now inevitable that with the new technologies recently demonstrated such as mobile pedestrian handheld( MPH) and advanced VSB technologies(A-VSB) , which are compatible with the ATSC DTV stations, there will be a strong alliance pressure to pin down to a single standard for mobile TV.
Irrespective of which technology is a winner, the fact remains that a single technology has significant advantages in customer reach as the handsets for the mobile TV service can have a common interface and thus targeting of much larger audiences

i used a scheme of idea

Dear sir,
my no is 9921349030 and i used a scheme of idea that about of 250 rupees topup and all local calls will be of 50 paisa/min for 6 months but on yesterday(09/02/08) when i applied a topup voucher of rupees 67/- to low the STD calls to rs. 1/minute ,my local call rate also became rs.1/min while that scheme was for 6 months and today is only the third or forth month of the scheme.And i am not getting connected with customer care no(12345) and i am listening reply from the operater that this service is not available on your phone.
what i do?

Idea show

Hi,
I am siddharth i visited personelly to Idea show on 2/2/08 to activaet gprs and complete the formality and next day to my surprise rental was charged and gprs is not activated.
and i called idea customer care on 3/02/08 to lodge complaint but CUstomer care executive refuse for lodge my complaint and discontected my call by word “call next day”, “and till then you do your work”
idea care executive wont response timely.
