Virgin stuff is CDMA based

Hi friends, I think this Virgin stuff is CDMA based. Can’t they provide GSM services? I was a Hutch Dealer and was really happy with their services. But this fcuking Vodafone is sucking all the money from customer’s pockets. I’ve stopped this recharging stuff just as you must have done if you were in my position. I’m just keeping the Vodafone sim as I can’t find any connections that is really good. I thought Virgin mobile will be a good choice. But not now.

The more the merrier. The government of India should not restrict MVNOs. The market forces will decide which will survive and which will collapse. A ruthless competition is what the citizens of India need.
I would trust the market forces rather than some incompetent bureaucrat.

E6 and any bluetooth

I can’t get rid of interference between my E6 and any bluetooth headset. I sent it back to motorola and they said it was fine. What do I do?

the air bubbles are actually a serious concern on the ROKR screen, cause those bubbles are in between the digitizer touch screen and LCD display, If the moisture is really in it(according to them), its a manufacturing defect. I had the same problem and the service center replaced the entire front assembly (digitizer screen,keypad & LCD screen) which comes as one part & tell them those areas with the bubbles stop responding to the stylus at times because of which u face problems using ur phone. Just make up a a story tell them that you had a word with motorola technical support online and it needs to be replaced, If they still dont agree to it, then just simply take it to a service centre at a different location in your city, hopefully they will do it.

what u people are doing there? u r doing customer care or simply doing fraud? one of the stupidity customer care in the world, i phoned thru customer care more than 10 times, but till my problem didnt solve, if ur activities and service is not linear, u cant satisfy ur customers, ur customer care officers also simply balance and try to cheat others. then  hw the customer will manage with ur vodafon simcards? i need proper answer from u, otherwise i will take further step regarding ur irregularities, and misbehavior.
 also most of our student communities are refusing ur customer care, we people are talking day by day about ur irresponsibilities. also the day that they will change from ur simcards to other simcard is not so distance, they are trying to change their simcards and we are talking to our other friends to change the vodafone simcards.

this is my problem,
today(05/03/1980, wednesday, at 3.00pm) i recharged rs.222 with the voucher of rs.75(for reduced rate of std and local at rs.1). my problem is till i didnt get the activation of 75 rs voucher. when i talked with ur customer (don't)care officers, they told it will come after 15 mins, after 4 hourrs, again u hav to wait for 3 hours, and finally they told u hav to wait one more day. this is the high tech growth of ur essential customer services, ur higher authorities and senior oficers hav to congratulate ur respected(!!!!!!!!!?????) customer care officers. u can give better prefrerence for ur customer care officer's improvement that those who hav irresponsibilities, misbehaviour, it will use for ur company growth also(??????????)

spectrum issue

It was interesting to read your take on the spectrum issue floating around in the Indian Telecom sector. But what interests me the most is why and how is the issue of ‘Auctioning’ of spectrum being projected as the best possible option which Raja should have gone for? As we all understand that the Indian Telecom sector would absolutely do very well with new competition as there have been clear cut indications of cartelization among leading GSM operators on tariff pump-ups besides so many other stories doing the rounds. These very people have never wanted this arrangement to be ever disturbed.
Do you think the money they have sucked out of consumers over the years on tariffs, which i am sure must have baffled you too on most of the occassions,would not be again used to keep away the fresh competition by sucking up all the possible spectrum they can buy if auctions are held. Are we not understanding that money which had been pulled from us, the mobile customers, would again be used to assure that they keep the sector to themselves so they can continue to suck our pockets further. Ask yourself, how many new enterants have any chance to compete with the established GSM players in case the spectrum is to be picked through an open auction?
Trust me, you will surprise yourself.
