I have made complaint vide ID 9636702 on 9th Oct2006 regarding deduction of balance from my account. While complaining, your executive assured me that the issue will be solved in 24 hrs. I have made at least one call in a day to your executive after the complain registered. But your 24hrs never come till date, and yesterday another communication ID 10012122 I got through sms from you. May I know what is indication to send the new communication ID! Today I have made several call to your customer care executive but every time put me in hold in silence mode. I need the justification for waste my time.

I lost my expensive mobile

Some days back I lost my expensive mobile containing lots of data. The person who got it made some personal calls too. Its getting difficult for me to trace the person whom he has called. A mobile phone directory in place would have certainly helped me. I hope its out soon.

Hi,im not getting proper service
spoken with customer care executive also.
I believe in idea only,
but your executives are not proper trained,they dont know which plans are available and which are not.
Your executive told me that women card(postpaid)is available but it is closed one month before IS THIS YOUR GOOD SERVICE. He told me that i will call u after 2 days but not yet got any call from you IS THIS YOUR GOOD SERVICE.It is just like to fool the customer.
In last month SMS pack activated on my account without my permission,and for that I wasted my time to call cust. care again and again IS THIS YOUR GOOD SERVICE.
So please give me good service(not like above mentioned)
Now you only suggest me should i continue with idea or different service provider.
Your customers wants good service so please take care of your customers.
