the broad band service provider is unable to maintain the agreed band width speed.

he is not responding properly to the various complaints and completely ignores the users repeated complaints.

what are the options open for the user with regard to the refund of the security deposit as well as the installation charges

the srvice provider keps sending bills for usage even after the user has served a registered letter to terminate the connection and has also stopped using the services of the ISP

How the hell can companies fool consumers by saying ‘LifeTime’ Validity

How the hell can companies fool consumers by saying ‘LifeTime’ Validity??? When you have to keep recharging every 6 months, how is it lifetime? And anyway, if I use it that much that I have to keep recharging in 6 months, it will anyway last for my lifetime no? So what the fcuk is lifetime for? Someone should sue these a**holes for fooling the consumers.
